The woman/girl wastes her money and thus needs psychological help and intervention. A government robot will be sent to do the job, and that's not the first time.
One might ask: Why didn't the psychological health authorities instruct the robots surrounding the excessive spender to provide therapeutic services to stabilize the client? Does that point to the client being a member of the human-only communities, the minority strictly avoiding living with robots?
