AI is able to analyze facial microexpressions and the language of the body. It uses the footage from the omnipresent video sensors (e.g. the robot's eyes) to identify  a set of baseline behaviour patterns. Any deviation could indicate psychological, emotional problems that  might be solved with the help of psychotherapeutic interventions. This is most important for society, if there is a sociopath with the potential to harm himself of other people.

Mostly the "mind reading" AI is used to assess what a human presently feels like and needs. 

Explanation of text elements:

2  "sociopath" - it's to the best of the sociopath to be identified as early as possible to help him with psychotherapy.

8   "Uber polygraph -> precise -> objective" -- with enough baseline material and computing power the AI can make precise, objective assessments of what a person feels or acts like.

9  "No lies." -- The superior observational qualities of the AI can't be fooled. One can't successfully lie to the AI.

10  "Microexpression. Blinkrate. Breathing }" -- Those are some main indicators of stress.

11  "Analize (AI)" -- Humans can read the face of 4 year olds. AI can read the face of even the best actor.

12  "Face reading" -- That's what the AI does - constantly! That's how robots know what we desire at any given minute.
