Young women like to experiment with boys - human as well as robot ones. They will not listen to advice, and often it needs quite a bit of trying things out during the rewiring process of adolescense.
In case of romance one has to learn that all peaks of joy will be followed by heart break. And one will have to learn to cope with it.
Nobody can dodge these experiences of rejection and disappointment, but when provided by robots they will be tailor made to meet the maturation requirements with as little pain as possible.

"Forget it and smile again!" That's the advice a heart broken girl usually gets from everyone - particularly from their robot siblings.
Explanation of text elements:
1 Boredom, particularly for a teenager, leads to crazy experiments - which are with part of the maturing process. Thus they are not avoided in the future but carefully monitored and, if the teen tries to avoid experiences, artificially triggered.
2 "I should not have cranked up the cynicism option to the max" indicates that the bored girls has driven her robot boyfriend into emotionally dangerous terrain.
"Now I can't love him any more." Obviously the cynical robot has said or done something that destroyed her affection/love beyond repair. And she regrets it.
3 "He was worse as bad as the two human guys sha had tried the year before."
4 "I want to be normal." Being a teenager is difficult...
5 "Stupid." Typical teen self-blame.
6 "Her robot sister suggests:" - often robots accompany human kids as elder siblings.
7 "Forget and smile again!" Robots should not make to big of a fuzz and just cheer one up sometimes.
8 As behavioural psychology suggests: force yourself to smile and you'll feel better eventually. Copy strategy learned.
